    Turkish Delight

I must say, my first impressions of Turkey, specifically Istanbul, have been nothing but positive. The city itself is beautiful on so many levels and the effect is only amplified by the view of the city our hotel affords us. We are staying right along the "Golden Horn" and in a very safe, clean, and exciting area of town. Thus far, after touching down in Istanbul, we were loaded on buses and took a brief tour of the city before heading to our hotel. Much much more is in store for tomorrow and I'll post something up at the end of the day. Also I hope to have some time to post about my trip to Rome, which was incredible. Ahhh, so much!
