Tom McGowan owned a Gas Station in the 1960s and did Automotive repairs. He was also employed by Hunt-Pierce later on and in the late 1970's he started McGowan's Service Company where he serviced New Jersey Bell Aerial Lift bucket trucks. He was an inventor, master mechanic and had many precision tools. He also had many ODD tools as you can see on my web page. 99.999% of his tools were made in the USA. http://picasaweb.google.com/edward.abbazia/McGowan#
