Notre Dame Fairfield's 7, Sam Morin scores the championship winning goal on Hamden GK Anthony Avitable making the score 3-2, in Saturday's State Championship Final played at Yale. Notre Dame won 4-2. Morin also scored the second goal to tie the game at 2.

Sailors compete in Sunday's Frostbiting Race outside of the Pequot yacht Club in Southport. The Yacht Club has races every Sunday from 11:30-3:30 during the winter.
