90s Flashback
This morning as I returned from the gym, flicking through radio stations I came to a song that sent me back to my days at Saint Peter's School in New Haven. As Shanice's " I Like Your Smile" played on, I thought of the ugly old plaid jumper and my navy woolen stockings which made me break out in the winter. I remembered the games of Four Square, Hopscotch and Jumprope. Those were the days where GPAs, colleges and the "real world" seemed eons away. I don't want to go back to those days, but the simplicity of life back then was something I took for granted.
