Cutdown day
Nathan Lawson, James Sixsmith, Vladimir Nikiforov, Pascal Morency and Andy Sertich remain here, at least for now. To Utah: Takahashi, Walsh, Hart, Gleed, Mole, Leslie and May. To Odessa: Bourbeau, Moyer and Lesperance. To Augusta: Fuller. To Fresno: Konkle. Not clear right now Also to Odessa: Marc Rechlicz.
That leaves, for the moment, 13 forwards, six defensemen and two goalies here.
Commenter Calamari noted that several of the most-likely suspects are not listed on the Islanders' roster on the Web site. Here are the curious things: 1) The Islanders say no moves have been made; 2) According to Chris Botta's blog (and he's in Florida), at least three of them are playing tonight. Anyway, tomorrow is probably the day.
The Michel Ouellet era in Norfolk is over; he and Shane O'Brien went to Vancouver.

Unless I've missed someone/thing, those not mentioned are still here.

Actually, to contradict myself immediately, I think there's one who probably isn't still here but wasn't mentioned. I'll finish that off tomorrow.
