Why "Veronica Mars" is awesome
Ok, it's not like I needed another reason to LOVE "Veronica Mars," but I just got one.
Apparently, the show, which debuts on the new CW network Oct. 3, has signed on heiress Patty Hearst to guest star as the granddaughter of the founder of Hearst College, the fictional university where Veronica and her pals will attend school this season. A member of the school's Board of Trustess, Hearst's character wil go missing, and, presumably, Veronica will have to find her.
I'm sorry, but that's brilliant.
