Wait -- is that Richard Grieco?
My thoughts on Tuesday's TV offerings:
Gilmore Girls: Really? A rerun already? Oof.
Veronica Mars: What an eclectic roster of guest stars the show has this year! Laura San Giacomo, Ed Begley Jr. and now...Richard Grieco? Wow. Ok, anyway, am I the only one who didn't know what Logan and Veronica were dressed as at the Halloween party? I had no clue. And does anyone else suspect that Weevil has more than friendly feelings toward our girl Veronica? Also, how funny was it that Keith represented himself as "Adrian Monk" to gain access to Grieco's building? Does anyone else remember that Enrico Colantoni, who plays Keith, actually guest starred on an episode of "Monk?" No? Just me? Ok, moving on.
Nip/Tuck: All right, I'll just admit it: Peter Dinklage is hot. Hot, hot, hot. If he was my nanny, I would be so into him. And his chemistry with Joely Richardson kinda, almost, makes me hope she and Sean split again. Is that wrong?
Also, the show continues its trend of taking guest stars with a certain image, and then turning said image on its ear. Hence, the appearance of Alanis, who represented female empowerment to legions of 90s teenyboppers, as Liz's superficial, almost emotionally abusive girlfriend.
Sure, I'm a little skeptical that Christian would have anything to do with Jacqueline Bisset's character afte she manipulated and drugged him, but overall, it was a good episode.
